Had a blast at the show today, the best bit taking the Model T back to it's roots ?
Over 50% of early Model T's left the factory as a running chassis with fuel tank, the buyer would then take it to there local Carpenter, who was quite often also the local Undertaker (who made the wooden coffins) to have a body made locally ;)
So here is a turn of the century Undertaker :
These God fearing Gentlemen were only to happy to trade in their horse for this new fangled 98 year old contraption :
The sort of thing he could take his Wife to Church in :
