Those rotary engines are immense pieces of engineering.

If you're ever in the area around June sometime (will find the date) head over the Guidlford Model Steam Engine Rally just next to the park where they hold Guilfest. There are a couple of old boys who make these, from scratch with no CNC's. All 100% manual machined, those are pretty awe inpiring if you're into that sort of thing.

Not to take anything away from this though, very cool

i always wonder about oil scavenging on this type of engine, especially the lower cylinders...
