Doesn't play on my windows media player

I've downloaded MP4 , 3GP & FLV versions and none of them play

martyn - try what they say as most of the downloaders do MP4 format for you tube vids, and not able to install any software on work machine to re-convert the file...if not ill try again tonight when @ Home

Thank you for all the effort you have put into resolving this issue, Basically I was trying to get it into a format where anyone with a standard Windows PC could play it

But don't worry it's sorted now ?

Got them to log onto the MKB site
