Not car related I know, but I was taken to the zoo yesterday by the Jackie and she gave me one of the Education Department snakes to hold...

Meet Ebenezer the Squeezer, a female Royal Python:

Ebe' was very odd to hold, and squirms as you stroke down her scales. She was a little jumpy too, and pulled her head back quite fast a couple of times, which made me nervous. But it was quite a cool experience and I had trouble giving her back, although mainly because she had wrapped around my arm quite well at that point...

I even wrote a load out including some editted quotes but then deleted them.

I was kind of expecting some mocking, half the reason I posted it was for entertainment value...

Suppose it's better than playing with your trouser snake

Big Mouse

Did the skin feel slimy and cold?

Roadkill

That one's pretty small (O-er) - I remember being in Tunisa when I was a kid and they dumped this 8-foot long python on my mum . . . she could barely stand up under the weight of it . . . .

There's also a photo of me sitting down stroking a fully grown adult Lion.

Health & safety would've had a field day . . . . <sigh> simpler times . . .
