Pub quiz question?

Rightio, Thursday was the usual pub quiz for me and my mate, we're not the brightest of sparks and the picture round ends up looking like the doodle contest entries in Viz.

Anyway, last night one question came up about Chevrolet, I left before the answers so I'm now asking you lot for the answer as its bugging me!

Q. Which model of Chevrolet made from the 1950's until 1985 was their most popular selling model?

I don't have the answer and googling not allowed!

Impala's went until the 90's IIRC.

The answer is clearly "Emma Thompson".

It's probably a commercial model, anyway - eg. "stepside" or sommin'.

Impala is still going... i had one last month as a hire car.

could still be Impala as they stopped making them in 85, but they came back in 94 as a Hi Po version of the Caprice, and you can still by an Impala today
