I think using the word "Supercar" to describe a V6 4th gen is a bit much really don't you?

A bit like calling a Binman a "Refuse services Engineer"...
It's the time that we kill that keeps us alive...

Back in '97 I think the V8 specs would've put it up there in the super car regions, but can't remember what the V6's put out.

Not a lot.

I've had two and they're on a par with your 2-litre beamers (of similar age) in a straight line . . .

They'd eat-up most chavs and boy-racers, though.

I even gave a 330 beamer a run for his money once . . . he had me at 45-50mph, though . . .

My 3.8 V6 (1996 model) should be around the 190-200bhp mark from memory - could be wrong.
It is very quick 0-30 but after 30 doesn't accelerate as quick as other cars.
Although it is good fun when getting away from a stop against a more powerful car as it can beat them most of the time up to the 30 mark
