Because the ABS sensors will detect that two of the wheels are not moving , although if the valve is after the ABS unit it would'nt detect any line pressure so I'm not sure ?
Traction control would shut the power off though , but that can be turned off.

Just been on the SLP website were it's $10 more !

Yep yep.... Was looking at these sunday morning at RK's joint.... It's on my shopping list...

But not until I've replaced those bushes and had my bumper resprayed...

is there some way of turning the ABS off?

if so, a gas ball valve and some fittings will do the same job - i made one for a pro street 32 roadster a while ago and it cost about £15

any kind of line lock usualy invalidates your insurance though..

Would rather go for something certified when it's for brakes, worst nightmaire: hitting the brakes and nothing happens!
