Single story properties  (or Villas) aren't as fashionable as they used to be.

In fact, per square foot, appartments make substaintially more money in rent.

Villas are fine if you want to live in them, but as an investment tool, they're not the best.

Not so much anymore florida has slipped to number 3 in the top 10 with hawai and las vegas taking the top 2 spots.

What you do find is that americans might travel to another state but long gone are the days of cheap flights across the USA. That all eneded with sept 11th when many internal airlines were put out of business
