Anyone got a compression tester?

After the unexpectedly low reading at the dyno day, I want to check out my compressions.  Has anyone got a tester I could borrow.

If not, any one know what size threads the SBC is? I have seen some tester with 14 or 18mm screws.  I'm guessing that 18 is definitely wrong, but not sure if 14 is right.
