On eof my counterparts from the stateside office was over last week. Spoken to him a couple of times before, and a bit during the week.

At the christmas meal it turned out he's a bit of a petrol head and has a 1976 TransAm and a 1990 TransAm GTA, both owned since new, both 4 speeds.

In the past he's dabbled with a load of other stuff, but I think his favorite was a Chevelle 396 SS, which he could spin the wheels in 1st, 2nd 3rd, and get a tyre chip going into 4th!!

i'm guessing the GTA is a 5 speed! either that or its an auto!!

nice though, both cars that are rapidly appreciating in value
