Did you ask carl about getting you some of this?

As for chavscorts figured mine was due a wash seeing as its been over a year out with the powerwasher and goodbye to the rear qtr panel seems the dreaded tin worm has taken a liking to the top of the arch oh well it can stay like that. Did give the old girl a polish as the paint was a little dull so now it kinda all looks the same color might even look at a service in the new year

Surely the RK Chavscort can't still be alive

She's bleeding coolant and oil badly, but he has her on regular transfusions....

UPDATE !

She passed 139,000 miles a couple of days ago . . . . !

She's only a few miles from achieving (unbelieveably) 23,000 miles in my ownership (PhilO will tell you that's around 35-40,000 miles without an oil change).

She's over-heated twice this week due to lack of water so -

Regarding the water leak . . . . I finally decided to do a little mythbusting and roughly crushed about a level dessert spoon full of black pepper corns . . . .

So far, and this could be coincidence, it appears to have actually slowed the leak . . . maybe even stopped it (but this is hard to tell with the rain).

Move away from the dark side RK - this could lead to "Maintenance"

Mythbusters style maintenance I can handle . . . .

Removing dirt with a well placed petrol bomb is next, me thinks . . .

And nice title change.

The Pepper hasn't stopped the leak . . . but it could very well have slowed it . . .

ditto the one in my old cutlass.....

250,000 miles, a big end knock on startup, and still used to do countless 17 second passess (wow!) and huge burnouts down the pod!!
