Only at the back... the front stays quite cool as you have a big constant inrush of cold air...

The front end and the sides will be cold to the touch untill you turn the thing of, even then they wouldnt melt that plastic.

This is way cool, something i would like to do myself someday, would probably use two turbo props though so the wheels are driven instead of using the thrust the engine puts out.
