Question for you electrical guru's

The radio in my car works fine - until I turn on the rear window heater, at which point I get bad interference in the FM reception (CD works fine).

It's done this pretty much since I had the car, but there was a small period when it didn't. I don't know what stopped it or restarted it.

Any ideas what I should be looking for, as now the colder weather is here I will be needing to demist the rear screen more often again.

I would have said to fit a suspressor to the Dizzy, but if it's happening when you turn the rear window on, may be add one to the Alternator

does the feed come straight from the batt, would be best,
and i think ya should  get a coil type suppressor in line too....
