wouldnt fit without a lot of modification, then he would need a manual trans with a BOP bolt pattern

That guy is a pr1ck..  Typical 'yardie' attitude.  Rude, very expensive and unhelpfull..

Hope the car goes elsewhere.

Yah, they wanted to charge me £5 for an escort badge which I found on the floor.  The old woman there then slapped the bloke and said "NOOO just give it to im".  That wasnt the only insident, but first one to come to my mind.

Best scrapyard imho was the one just outside Kettering.  I dont think its there anymore, but it was awesome, cars pillied by manufacturer in lots, they gave you a wheelbarrow to walk around and 'shop' with, and they gave me a bump start with their crusher / tractor thing when my battery went on my veedub van...

yes it is mate i though id PMd you? its not worth the cost of transporting it to my place against what parts i could use but i have someone interested in the chassis and running gear so have passed the problem on

thanks for saying you would do it though mate the price you gave me was very reasonable
