Doesnt surprise me, i know of someone else who is considering selling their business mainly due to ebay sellers undercutting with inferior products

From memory Interstate didn't exactly sell high-end stuff did they ? - More like cheapish shiny things which your wallet could afford on most given show days . . .

I brought a few (generic) odds and sods from them before . . . No issues with the quality.
