The time has come for an upgrade....so my old bus is up for grabs.

1983 fleetwood Pace Arrow motorhome.
6.2 diesel, auto, 28 feet length, under 7.5 tons and driveable on a car license.

On board Onan 3.3kw ultra quiet generator (less than 2 yrs old)
Roof air con
Blown air domestic heating
Full size gas/12volt/240 volt fridge-freezer (doesnt always get cold...i think its low on gas)
Rear corner double bed
Shower and toilet in bathroom
Water heater & water purifier
New domestic water pump
New start battery (140 bloody quids worth!)
Leisure batteries are *ok* ish, but to be honest i would probably replace them (they are nowhere near as expensive).
Fiamma wind out awning that needs a repair. Its useable but there is a bit of a kink in the front frame, and one knuckle is snapped (knuckle is 14 quid from Fiamma and readily available in UK).
Microwave
4 ring lpg hob
Full size oven (that we never got to work...its probably user error!)
CD player
2 barrel chairs and pull out dining table
Sofa bed
New front captains chairs
Ample overhead storage space and one wardrobe
New rear tyres.
UK 240 volt converted.

The bad bits:
I had a blowout on the M5 last year, that ripped off the passenger side exhaust, cut through the fuel filler neck, and damaged part of the floor in the wheelarch. Filler neck has been repaired, but i havent done the rest yet. The floor damage is mainly the aluminium cladding, and its actually perfectly usable as it is.
It has no MOT or Tax.
Rear brakes were rubbish when I bought it. Fault was traced to a leaky wheel cylinder and replaced, but i havent adjusted them up yet so the brakes are still rubbish.
There is non-structural box section in the wheel arches that is corroded and needs replacing. It is NOT an MOT failure item.
The headliner is saggy. Its obviously had a damp problem at some point, but ive resealed the roof and it seems ok now.

Selling as is, with no warranty.
Asking £5000 or best offer. Its actually a pretty easy project for someone. I just aint got the time or inclination as im buying a new one.
Can supply more photos if anyone wants them.
