About six weeks ago I decided that being a lazy, fat , old man that I needed to up the anti at the gym.

I've been doing weights at all plus my body weight and maximum levels on the cross trainer, treadmill & rowing m/c's. Also cycling every where & I'm on the wagon.
Jumped on the scales this morning and I'm down to 72kg
In all honesty I doubt I can get to my ultimate target of 70kg, given my current lifestyle, but never say never

I think I'm about 90-95kg, 38" waist, which means I'm about 10kg too heavy for my height so I need to lose about 1.5 stone.

Frankly I'm not gonna worry about it...

Roadkill

My body fat % was about 15% . . . I wanted to aim for more 10-12% so have shed 1.5kg in the last three weeks making me a lean 79.9kg (around 13% %BF).

Why would you have dinner and then go to the gym ??

Currently stuck at 72kg , trying to get the right balance between losing the pounds but still having enough energy to work long hours & go to the gym

Incursus

Not been to the Gym or used my bike this week.
