Mini Project - Bike Seat.

The seat unit on the Honda has always sat proud and annoys me



You can see right under the seat at the back and it looks pants



I can't actually alter the seat itself because it sits hard on top the rear subframe,
but I can raise the side panels by packing them out with washers



So 26 washers later and with some modified brackets :



A big improvement I think

Yes very strange and the bolts looked like they had never been undone before

May be because it was made for the American market they copied Chevrolet fit

I had a Toyota hire car that was badly put together, was a real gas guzzler but didn't make much power, had steering that didn't feel like it was connected to the wheels in any way had a soft bouncy ride and had shocking brakes.

Thought I was in a Caddy for a minute, only the lack of balls gave it away...
