mmmmm, 1127.. second only to the phrase 7/11 in GSXR terms.

CJ-IROCZ

Maybe the whole helmet isn't legal , something to do with the size of the aperture

They look fecking cool though

ya know, due to a legal loophole, they actualy are. A helmet must only reach the standards of the market its sold in, so the SNELL standard the simpson meets (acceptable for road use in the US) is adequate for road use in the UK, as long as you didn' buy it here!

Good to know, cheers Phil

cuban pete

here's my 7/11 slingy

CJ-IROCZ

Lovely bike that mate

I'm not a fairing kind of guy

cuban pete

tis good fun and no one gives it a second glance . it's a great sleeper .

where did you find yours ?

art b

tidy bike that 750...how old is it....

cuban pete

it's on an f plate , but the 750 lump is long gone .

it's got an 1127 l lump . not much in the way of tweaks apart from a jet kit , k&n and an advancer .  goes bloody well due to the torque and will exit a corner a lot quicker than a modern 600

steers ok and you can go knee down if you want , but it will push the front if you press it hard .

The old oil boilers are still great bikes and have a really loyal following .

looking at the fighter again , someone has really done a lovely tasteful job with that bike
