Just a quick note to say that maybe - just maybe - this issue may well be drawing to a close.

After nearly three MONTHS !!!

Since the first post on the 2nd I've twice been promised my postage back and twice had them tell me they know nothing about it !!!

Finally, last phone call, I actually, finally, lost my rag and calmly but firmly tore into the dopey operative.

After about 3 minutes of me talking over her and not letting her speak she just apologised and promised to sort it.

"Not good enough" I said and asked to speak to her supervisor . . . 15 minutes later I get an email confirming refund will be issued . . . (don't get excited - I've have three of these before).

They then send another email confirming my bank info (for the fourth time) then I get another email earlier today saying that it's being transferred to my accound and that it'll take 8-10 days . . . maybe longer !



Please stay away from this company.
