Am I reading that right that. Does that last sentence rule out their entire range abart from the C4?

Well it says " The CITROËN Scrappage and Trade-In Incentive Scheme Cashbacks apply to all new cars (excluding C1, C2, C3, C3 Pluriel, C3 Picasso and Berlingo First Multispace) "

Mind you it's only really a marketing discount scheme, the newer cars don't even need to be scrapped
