Oaktree Property management that is.

After several months of negotiation I finally signed the sale agreement for OPM Friday afternoon. The whole business is now owned by Oakhill (Milton Keynes) Limited, owners of another letting agency in MK called, uh..Oakhill.

13 years of my life went into building Oaktree up from scratch; its provided well for my family over the years, given me several hundreds of headaches at times and lots more to smile about.

I'm retained on a consultancy agreement with Oakhill for at least the next 12 months and really looking forward to the challenge of helping them become numero uno in MK and the surrounding area.

I'll still be 'open' for any queries that any of you might have regarding letting or renting. Best email to get me on for now is my personal one. If you haven't got it, and need it, them pm me.

Well, I've had 48 hours of technically being unemployed but didn't get around to buying a 60" plasma from Argos or getting myself a dog or making a trip to netto so I guess I'm just not cut out to be on the dole
