She is a 1988 Pontiac Fiero with a 2.8 v6 under the hood with only 47,021 miles on the clock.

Cool

Chris used to have one of those
It's the time that we kill that keeps us alive...

Incursus

Most unreliable piece of crap I ever owned. Cost me a fortune in parts and even broke down on the way home almost killing me on a roundabout.  Loved it

lol

I always thought they looked quite good, mixed reviews about reliability to put it subtly, however, I am under the impression parts are cheap

Is a good place for parts.  Got plenty of business off me

Roadkill

Rusted like an old Alfa underneath from memory.

Handled well round bends but was gutless on the straights.

Prone to problems but a cute little car.

Don't remember that...but might have been.

Yeah but to be fair I was running on 5 cylinders

The flip up headlights were the biggest pain in the bum

Holds up well to a side impact from a ford escort as well.

Kenny

You might want to scratch a bit of paint off and make sure its not red underneath!

Incursus

Think mine was destined to be turned into a Fiat

From my brief drive home from Surrey she sat real nice at 70 on the motorway and excellent on the back roads :)

EDGE

ive always really liked those,

Incursus

Yeah we cruised up to Liverpool and back in mine.  Quite comfortable once your in.

The glowing 'Pontiac' logo on the back is very cool.

Keep a close eye on your HT leads when closing the trunk!

philoldsmobile

definitely a marmite car, they have their share of fans, but equally their share of haters (waits for Rebeltrucker)

Paul in northampton has had a string of them, and seems to have been ok with them (he loves them), but i have heard horror stories. in reality an MR2 will beat it in every way, but thats not really the reason for buying one is it?

nice looking little fun car, the 4 pot is rubbish, but the V6 is good if its a sound one, and it looks like that is.

EDGE

that GT shape is lovely....
