WOW!!!!

Kinda makes you wonder if it real or faked

Cunning Plan

Sharing a lift to uni with a girl in my class who had a small Vauxhall Nova, exactly the same thing happened to us, although we didn't get pushed along for that long, the wanker of a driver noticed as soon as he clipped us, our car spun in-front of the lorry and was pushed along until he slowed enough into the hard-shoulder.. Lorry pushed up against my door (passenger) going about 55mph.

Nova was a total write-off. I thanked the little car for holding its structure.

Reason? Foreign lorry driver did not have or use blind-spot mirrors.

Never, never, never sit next to a lorry on a motorway or dual carriage-way. Either move past them quickly and safely, or if its that kind of traffic where everyone moves at the same speed, keep in your lane but leave a lorry-sized gap between you and the car in-front.

I would think its real, it happens more than the Police / Motoring organisations will let on. The police driver who came out to us said it was common and nothing unusual.

This has made it onto Sky News

" An Arclid spokesman told Sky News Online: "An incident did happen along that stretch of the motorway and we opened an investigation and reported the matter to the police "

"Having seen the video we have reopened that investigation." so they should

Didn't the car driver think to mention it when the police turned up originally?

Roadkill

"A motorist who was shunted sideways and pushed along a motorway at 60mph when her car was hit by a lorry, has told how she thought she was going to die."
