USPS - It cost around $80

I don't remember the length but it only just fitted within their limits, in fact the guy selling it to me had to repack the box with less packaging as it was too long.

That confirms what I thought . . . . I guestimated 58-59" in length and USPS's limit is 60".

It'll be going to Carl to come over with other bits so hopefully he can repack as required.
