Just fell off my push bike at speed on rough tarmac

Was trying to get home to miss the heavy rain

My fault for leaving work on time for the first time in months

Took the flesh off my right knee, a chunk out of left leg and buggered my right elbow, it's gonna hurt in the morning

So much for setting a new weekday rowing record in the gym this morning

I had a bit of a sideways deathslide moment on the bike at the weekend, but luckily managed to stay on and right it...

The getting under the Camaro wasn't the problem, it was the getting out again

Not too bad this morning, had to wear shorts and my right knee bled a little cycling to the gym

If you can unintentionally cheese grate yourself that easily on a push bike, it horrifies me seeing people riding motorbikes at speed just wearing shorts
