For Sale: Alpine CDE-103BT headunit + iPod/iPhone/iPod connector lead + KT-445 Power Pack inline amplifier - £150 ono

I have for sale my lovely, fully working Alpine system that I had fitted to my Mondeo. All features working when removed and if you're lucky it might still even have an old CD and my contacts from my phone saved (whoops)

The headunit does standard, Radio / CD, as well as having a front loading USB slot and AUX cable input. The rear has inputs for a standard convertor lead, plus some RCA outputs for amplifiers and remote sub control. The rear also has a socket for the included iPod/iPhone lead, which offers full control of the iPhone or iPod via the headunit, as well as charging. Also included is the mic lead for the inbuilt Parrot handsfree bluetooth phone system which offers voice dialling, contact address book and favourite look ups.

Included in the bundle is the inline KT-445 Power Pack amplifier that does produce 45 watts RMS, and improves the dynamic response of the headunit.

(In all honesty, got this of a whim, it does allow much better playback with NO clipping at higher volumes. Did need to up rate my standard speakers as they didn't last)

All this needs to go, as I'm being sensible with my next car and maintaining the 'standard' look.

All together new this bundle cost over £300, but I'm letting it go for £150 ono.

Tis great, sadly I can't fit it to my new car (when I find it) so its surplus to requirements!

Already missing the hands free parrot part!

Would have been tempted for the Mustang but I'll keep the Mondeo standard... apart from the Bluetooth In Car Entertainment thingy I bought for it, but that sits in the 12V accessory socket.

Ah fair play! If your Mondy is like some, it'll have steering column controls, which this doesn't work with, so best keep it standard. However the Bluetooth built in does keep the cigarette lighter socket free... For stuff!

Incursus

Yup I have the steering column remote.  Not found another need for the accessory socket yet as the ICE thing also charges my phone via USB.

Of course I didn't pay anything like £60 for it.
