It's a little odd not to be hanging around much but I can't say I'm put-out about it.
Just finished my first month back at my old job and despite having my own office and P.C with utterly unrestricted internet access I've so far been far too busy to log any real webtime.

I'm actually quite happy with that.

I have the same issue kind of.

I just try and make the window small and sit infront of it with loads of work open around it.

Turning off the images helps as well.

Options > under the bonnet > content settings
Under images there is a radial button to select "Do not show any images"
