In fairness it needed a lot of patience and luck.

I think my final settings were 5 sec exposure, f5.0 with ISO set at 400. Little colour tweak in 'shop to get it a bit more dramatic.

I think you could dial in those settings on any little compact with a Manual mode, you just need to be in the right place, right time and pointing in the right direction helps
