Medic man down

Still cycled to the gym..............to wash the grit out of my wounds

No idea why or how I lost the front end

I was 5 minutes early so wasn't going that fast may be 25mph, I was in the middle of the road well away from the leaves in the gutter

Touched the brakes as I approached the roundabout and face planted the road

May be there was some oil or something on the road, but nothing broken as far as I know, but as the Vicar would say " I'm starting to get very stiff ! "

Got up to take some more pain killers, the bruising to the rest of my body is really starting to come out now

I'll pick the bike up from the gym in the morning and see what needs repairing
