We got talking about this again last night. I've tried to re-do the route with going back to Amsterdam

However this may mean more miles on Friday\Saturday

It could go like this:

Friday: Milton Keynes to Luxembourg. Stopping somewhere between Calais & the Car Graveyard. Then stopping at the Car Graveyard before going onto Luxembourg.
Saturday: Luxembourg to Amsterdam. Stopping at somewhere in Germany on the way - for the directions purpose I've selected Aachen.
Sunday: Amsterdam to Brugge (or somewhere else in Belgium?). Finding somewhere to stop at somepoint
Monday: Brugge to Milton Keynes

First day looks very heavy !

I do like the route but think it's too similar (in the last part) to the last "Tour".

Amsterdam - O.K, obviously . . but maybe head into Brussels instead of Brugge ??

Partly true - however even if we got into France at 1pm we'd still be at the car graveyard by 5ish including a 30 mins stop somewhere.
It's only 30 mins from there to Luxembourg

Looking on the Euro tunnel website, a lot of the trains are sold out for the Friday morning already
We can still get the 11:36 or 11:50 trains at the moment...

That is the only thing with going up to Amsterdam.
We could change to Brussels instead of Brugge - that means 127 miles on the Sunday between the 2 and then about 289 miles on the Monday back home
