Mild dry and relatively warm for winter

Front fog light on the Panda stopped working last week, it's a real Beatch to get out



Turned out the bulb was OK The connector on the back wasn't pulling the connection tight enough, so a carefully drilled hole and a small self tapper sorted it



I did the car interiors and engine bays last night, so just a wash, dry and polish this morning



Pity neither car is mine

My Camaro is going in for its MOT on Wednesday and in preparation I spent the morning doing a basic check list. Also downloaded a PDF on how to check the cooling fans operation. After having the radiator go late last year I've been suspicious of whether the fan works.

Resulted in removing the relay, manually triggering it, checking for supply, manually bypassing the relay, and finally getting the fan to operate when the A/C is turned on. All of which it did, so left it running but got scared when the temperature needle went the far side of 105 without it coming on. This leaves the last thing at fault being the temperature sensor for the computer.

I'm umming about whether to instead just fit a switch in the dash to operate the switch, although it will override if I leave the heater control in A/C...
