Not bad, i'd be interested to know if it will sell for that price though... bit high I reckon, even with some good options on it like it has.
It's the time that we kill that keeps us alive...

I think he's having a laugh, to be honest.

There's not enough call for them over here to generate that level of pricing.

He'd stand a chance at 7000, maybe but even then ......

FUBAR

Agreed

give them a few more years...

IMHO it all depends on what happens with future engine and emission taxes

The Euro lobby Environmental NUTTY Lobby are pushing for a 20 year scrapage rule to reduce emission levels. Unsurprisingly supported by the motor industry.
There is a clause regarding historically significant vehicles, but god know's how that would be administered
If it doesn't apply to vehicles already older than that, then those vehicles values could soar

Andy

That would be a ludicrous law and would never be enforceable.

How could you say to a family who may depend on an old Ford Escort or something that they have to get rid of it and buy something new. I think that would be the final straw with a lot of people. Same as road pricing and having to install black boxes

/soapbox rant

Still think that guys a dream with the eBay Ad though. Looks a nice car, but you'd have to be crazy to spend that sort of money on it!

Ludicrous yes but easily enforceable, DVLA to owner your log book has been cancelled, please return your vehicle for recycling with 21 days of face a fine of £10,000

The thing is these ruddy tree huggers are prepared to go to Brussels and stay up all night just to promote their lunatic policies, which leaves us Joe Public to bitch and moan, but be ignored

We the vehicle owners and drivers need to grow some balls and fight back, tell them to get off the ruddy road before we run them over and go back to their mud hut in the Amazon

More to the point all their arguments are based on statistical information,
statistical fact of the day.............

If you removed every single combustion engined vehicle i.e. cars, motorcycles, buses, lorries, vans etc from European roads you would reduce harmful emission levels by.................17%
