Euro Finals this weekend...

From tomorrow till Sunday Santa Pod is again hosting the FIA European finals for the Pro categories. This includes the Top Fuel cars, Top Methanol Dragster, Top Methanol funny car, Pro Stock, and Pro Mod. Along side it will be the sportsman classes such as Super Pro ET (huge field of 10 second and quicker cars), Pro ET, Super Gas etc.

The Top Fuellers will be a spectacle in themselves as nothing really comes close to a side by side top fuel run.

I'm going to be going up Friday night as I'm crewing for a Super Pro ET car, but if you're looking for something to do this weekend, it could well be worth a visit. The weather so far isn't looking too bad either.

I purposely avoided the top fueler events last year because I wasn't sure if the little'un would be (a) Scared of them or (b) keep his cans on.

Turns out he loved the funny cars and kept his ears covered.  

Just got to see if the money I'm owed from work shows up . . .
