I quite often have what I call an F1

It's a large splash of Gin with a very small dash of Tonic

Well haven't had a drink since Saturday night, but after a whole day doing end of year accounts I've just poured a Cointreau & Bitter Lemon

Didn't have that much this year.  A few glasses of red with the meals on Xmas and boxing day, with a couple of lagers before/after.  Father in law shared his bottle of Duvel on xmas day - very nice - will have to find a source for that.

Stupidly enough I find that I work better at the gym after having a few . . . ie. Maximum 5-6 . . . (the night before)

After that and yeah, It's hardwork.
