F***** White van drivers

For those not at the meeting last night. While on my way to Ian's work last night before driving to mk, a white van man decided he wanted to use the right hand lane to go left at a roundabout.
I was in the left hand lane going straight on and he hit my car.
Currently waiting for the company to call me back with the insurance details.

Thing that annoys me the most is that he insisted that I was in the wrong

It sucks when you get something like that happen. If it's A company i'm surprised he's being like that (unless he has hit a few motors already mind, and the company have already told him off!)

Good to see the wheel etc didnt get done, should be quite an easy case, fingers crossed for you

Yep, there's a load of aerosoles out on the road.

Two weeks ago we had a white van try to run us of the road after I didn't let him force his way into our lane (he was in totally the wrong lane and jumped lights before trying to cut in).  Anyway, we took the van details and he'll have a nice suprise when the police take him away for questioning for dangerous driving!

Exactly so following Female logic it's your fault !
If you were going to drive down, you would have been driving to pick her up, so Vicky wouldn't have had the accident

I had the same problem about 4 years ago when I got knocked off a roundabout by a Jaguar.
Without witnesses you'll probably just have a 50:50 I'm afraid...

This sux monkey balls  me & shifty had a look on the way out yesterday & its pretty nasty  there doesn't seem to be much, if any panel deformation though...

Had the quote through over the weekend for the repairs.

Paint materials - £140
5 hours Labor - £450

Add VAT = £734

Have faxed the quote to my insurance and they are going to pass it to the othe companys insurance to ask them to pay the full amount.
Will see what they say

One cut right in front of me at a roundabout this morning and had the cheek to wave his fist at me!

If he'd have stopped I'd have quite happily got out and done him some serious harm. It's the only language these morons understand.
