We watched this from the stand at Shakey - pretty impressive stuff!

CJ-IROCZ

Might go like stink but it looks like a bag of shite

Amey

I remember that going round a few times.

It sounded absolutely fantastic

HardRockCamaro

No, not "proper".

Carb'd big block shoehorned in and everything else be damned.

Ugly hood and headlamp covers

Removal of 3rd gens key design brief:  ie handling.

Quick, yes.

But then anything with a tricked out big block in it is gonna be quick.

Not my cup of tea.

F Body

Ugly hood and headlamp covers

I assume the headlight covers are an attempt to improve the air flow over the bonnet ?

Sure looks like it has some torque, just look at the body twist

ianjpage

very nice car - and hell yeah sum serious torque on that beast!

Fieldy

It looked better in the flesh and went like hell, awesome

Titsy

Couldn't find a single 4th gen pic in that whole list...

Roadkill

It's the same age as mine.

Looks nasty . . the wing mirrors are awful !

Bet it goes some, though.

Fieldy

It does what it has been built for very well

agreed 100%

the only thirdgen part is the body, and that is just a means of preventing the engine scraping on the ground...

wrong.. sorry..

If you want the absolute defenition of thirdgen perfection, take a ride in Powermites car...

FUBAR

it was very quick though. I liked it, it did what it was trying to achieve very well
It's the time that we kill that keeps us alive...

Here's another picture of it.

I always thought 3rd gens were supposed to be muscle cars that are meant to be driven, rather than just something that sits there looking shiny.

Roadkill

I'm going for a cowl hood on mine.
