the 2002 Ti is a wonderful car

Was a wonderful car !

The E Type Jag IS a beautiful car but they both drive like a pile of crap compared to how they look

philoldsmobile

all old cars do, because new cars drive better than the ones they replace, its called progress..

doesn't mean they cant be fun though...

That's why I love F Body's

Remember my first drive in a 4.2 E type, probably the biggest driving disapointment of my life

So they were the first car European car to have all round disc brakes - still couldn't hardly stop it !
Three tiny little wipers that just smeared the water across the windscreen and a steering wheel bigger than a London Bus

dad had a classic car day at mallory for his 60th, the one car he said still felt like a new modern car was the aston DB6

you really do get what you pay for....

Roadkill

This landmark is to be disassembled to make way for a Walgreens pharmacy, apparently . . . .

Cunning Plan

1968 VW T2 Bay Bus (currently being restored and upgraded)
1999 Jeep Cherokee XJ (modern classic daily driver)

Hmm...

Shame to see it go but at least Walgreens has a drive through chemist facility which I thought was a great idea...

Apparently the controversy is that Walgreens make most of their profits by selling liquor, not medicines !

sixpack2639

None of the Walgreens i've ever been in sold liquor.

Roadkill

Seems it's not uncommon . . . of course I'm only going on what i read here : http://www.modifiedcadillac.org/forum/index.php/topic,2351.0.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">http://www.modifiedcadillac.org/forum/index.php/topic,2351.0.html - You'll know better then me.

It does seem hippocritical selling alcohol and claiming to be a pharmacy as well !

Still, that's irrelavent I suppose . . . the car-cob is still going.

philoldsmobile

to be brualy honest, it looks rather dated.....
