Some of you may remember a drag racing car careened into a crowd June 16 while performing a "burnout" _ spinning a car's tires sending up clouds of smoke at a parade in Selmer Tennessee , leaving six people dead and 23 injured

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. -- Prosecutors have said that criminal charges will not be filed in the case of a dune buggy that crashed into a crowd at the Chattanooga Shriners parade and injured eight people.

James H. Brooks, 68, of Riverdale, Ga., was driving a red dune buggy in circles when it brushed the rear of a yellow mini-car and ran into the crowd. Police at the time said it was a "freak accident."

Whether that other car was there or not - he was headed into the crowd !

i wonder what actually happened, maybe he was dizzy and disorientated by driving in circles then blacked out and lost control?
