It's currently housing :

The new (unfitted) toilet and cistern, the new (unfitted) corner bath and panel, the new (unfitted) basin and pedestal, plus two lots of taps and fittings.
Also Nibbler and his humungous cage, a huge bail of hay, an even bigger (horse-size) bail of wood-chip, aswell as Sammy's fold out table, Nibblers cleaning stuff, his food stuffs and currently a Dog bed containing my Mums Terrier, Tasha.

PLUS very soon I'll have to house 16 (2x1 metre) sheets of 6mm Alluminium which I'm buying from my company before my departure on Friday.

No, when my garage is extended for the second time it'll be about 39' long internally . . . . by about 8' wide.

= 11.9m x 2.45m = 6 sheets x 2.5 sheets = 15.

I'll not only have the blingest garage floor, It'll also be worth over £1,000.

BTW, the spare sheet will either be sold or be kept to make a ramp for a 2-wheeled addition at a later date.
