If it's an insurance requirement they will ask you for a copy of CAT 1 and installers certificate anyway

Your going to need the clifford installer cdrom, i used to have a copy of it but gave it to the guy who bought the car which had the clifford installed. You might get luck if you look on hte web, it should have all the clifford wiring diagrams on it along with clifnet.

Alternativly give andy a call and have him install it, which is what i would personaly do cause if you get it wrong your gonna be left with a 1800kg paperweight

art b

will wait until it arrives, and see how it looks, comes with diagrams, and wiring looms,

didnt know there was a cd rom though..

Yup but its only for the pro installers, i had a copy from andy. Almost all of the clifford alarms have a port for linking in the clifnet wizzard which enables you to solve problems  and configure all the alarms with a laptop

Nah thats the user one, there is a pro installer version has a shit load of schematics and stuff

I think the major issue is actually routing the wires, finding ways through the bulkheads etc

Its hiding everything, re taping the loom etc. the amount of car you need to remove is unreal.

Oh yeah art you might want to install some diodes on pin switches as i see andy doing this a couple of times on cars

yep the time consuming stuff,
will probably run plastic flex conduit around, and only use basic functions siren, bonnet switch, internal sensors, and imobilise a couple of curciuts near the fuse box,[bet i get carried away]
its hardly an outstanding/stealworthy car, just need some thing for peace of mind,
