Won't be back on the forum until Wednesday

Out tonight with the Company Directors, leaving for Manchester at 05:00am Saturday morning, we'll get back late Sunday.

Monday and all next week I'm running the Department alone

Tuesday I have an all day assessment centre for the job I've basically been doing for two years

So I'll try to drop in Wednesday and give you a de-brief, won't know the actual job results until the end of the week after

I was quite confident up to weekend, still as they say you can only do your best

Well that was a crap day

Started work at 05:30am so that I could start the job interview at 07:00am.

The first session was on numerical reasoning, think I did OK
Followed by the 1st hour long interview which seemed to go really well
Then onto a case study which was about absenteeism and harassment at work, never really done anything like that but again I think I did OK.
The final long interview started well but I ran out of steam after 45 minutes, came up with the required answers but  after one and a half hours it was a struggle
Then spent the last two hours on in tray exercises, but to be honest I'd started to switch off by this time

So I won't know for two weeks if I've got the job or not

The whole process makes me feel used and under valued
