Hey, i thought the deal was refer a freidn get sky plus.....whats therer reason for changing it then???

As far as i am aware it has always benn M&S vouchers, never mind £50 of food from M&S would last you a couple of months

Yeah it is. its an error on there part. its just a PITA to sort out. no one can help over the phone, cos we joined over the web other that to say we are down for a + box.  I have to wait 6 days for a reply though the online web help thingy.

Thank feck for flexi time though.  "Engineer" call in the morning saying they would be over between 9-12....great that narrows it down
