Can someone do an ebay purchase for me?

I need some clips for my door.  I've only found 2 people on ebay that sell them, both in the States and one won't ship to the UK.

The other has blocked me due to me giving him back feedback a couple of years ago (he mis-described an expensive item)

The total cost is only $8.45, so is likely to be nearer £20 by the time a UK supplier has found it.
