The only thing my PC seems to be lacking atm is sound.

But it's got a card in there . . . mind you PhilO hooked it up so anything could've happened . . .

Hmm should be working ok - have you in all seriousness tried moving the speaker plug into one of the other outlets.....

I run IE7 at home - which would be fine - But I can't make changes to the works' P.C's . . . they run IE6.

I like the google toolbar, too, but daren't download that.

or possibly the mobo's sound card hasn't been deactivated

same problem here heard a rumour we might get IE7 in October better than nothing I guess

Is IE6 still actively updated by Microshaft?

If not, major security risk.

Then again why most companies don't just enforce Firefox is beyond me...
