The car was registered in 1980 but manufactured in 1978

Just been reading up on identifying it . . . . .  Should be O.K, now.

Will have a look at mine before bidding on the other . . . They need to be as similar as possible for my new wine rack design to work.

The block has both "00" and "400" on it - so is obviously a 400ci.

It also has C056 - which I understand to be March 5th 1976.

The number appears to be 500557 . . . . Not sure though.

THe guy in the auction states that HIS block is 500557 - so it's seems to me that they're identical.
