i actually saw an audi quattro A4 spinning all 4 wheels on V7 on froday, he had clearly turned his traction off, and was trying the turning left and right method.

most cars road tyres dont have the grip to perform on ice......

a 4x4 will have a more agressive tread pattern which helps, put four bald tyres on a 4x4, and put it in a wet muddy field and it will go nowhere...

the roads here are smooth with black ice tonite,ya can barely walk across em.......the panel beaters are gonna be raking it in soon...
