ARP bolts worth it ?

i am currently shopping for head bolts i can see the need for ARP in race applications but surely its not worth the huge expense for a street car?

or is it

Only worth bothering on high boost turbo cars as far as I know.

Cosworths running high boost could actually cause the head to lift on standard bolts which caused head gasket failure when the bolts stretched.

That's my understanding of it anyway...
