Urgent - I need a GM steering box

My power steering box has just died on me, and I need a replacement ASAP as the car is now off the road until it's replaced.

As far as I know, it's a fairly generic unit from most GM cars from late 60s to early 90's.  

Does anyone have a spare for sale, or know of anyone breaking a car?  Even if anyone has a spare that I could just borrow to use, to give me more time to find a replacement, it would be a great help.

I can't afford a new one, so it has to be a used one for now

I know, I looked.

Even the cheap ones are £170+ before it gets to my door.  Very reasonable price, but I can't go that far for a good few months.

I just need a cheap working unit to keep me running until I can afford a decent one.

I had to cut the output splined gear off in off to get the pitman arm pressed off !
