this country cant handle ANY form of weather without an offical warning or help line.....

if it rains the oads and rivers (and most of the north) flood,

if its a bit hot our trains wont run and the roads bend,

if it snows for more than 3 seconds the whole country grinds to a hault

and HEAVEN help us if some leaves fall on to a train line !!!!!
